Preparation: Collection is done manually. After destemming and crushing of the bunches, it is kept in stainless steel tanks where it ferments at a controlled temperature for 18 days. Subsequently the malolactic fermentation is completed for 94 days. The selected wines are aged for 4 years in American-made American oak barrels. The raising is carried out with racking every 6 months. Finally the final coupage is made in the bottle.

Tasting note:

Color: Cherry red with garnet trim.

Nose: Intense, notes of blackberries and red fruits, licorice and balsamic notes.

Mouth: Fresh, balanced, with a pleasant sensation on the palate and a long aftertaste.
