Muga crianza is a red wine that uses Garnacha and Tempranillo grapes and is grown in clay and calcareous areas, which gives it unique characteristics. Before bottling it is clarified with egg whites as indicated by its tradition. Magnum bottle

Type: Red wine crianza

Producer: Bodegas Muga

Denomination of origin: Rioja

Type of grape: Tempranillo, Garnacha, Mazuelo and Graciano

Bottle: 150 cl

Alcohol content: 14%

Elaboration: Aged for 6 months in American oak barrels and for 24 months in American and French oak barrels. Subsequently, it rests in the bottle for another 12 months.

Recommendations: Service temperature: Between 16ºC and 18ºC

Tasting note: It has a cherry red color and garnet edges. It has a dense tear where it gives us an enveloping sequence in the glass.

On the nose we see notes of red berries, berries of fennel, scrubland, all this very well harmonized with smoky aromas from its passage through medium toasted woods

The palate is voluminous with somewhat mentholated touches, white chocolates; the vanilla reappears and those memories of red fruit that we had on the nose persist, with an elegant acidity that makes the post-taste a long one.
