How can I register?

To register at you will have to go to the top bar of the page and click on " Log in". On the back you will find the button "No account? Create one here" .

I do not remember my password?

To recover your password you must go to "Login", click on Forgot your password? and enter the e-mail address you used for the registration. In a few minutes you will receive an email with a unique link to restore the password.

How can I see my orders?

To see your orders you will have to "Login" in your account, and then in the user panel access the section of "Order history and details" . From this page you can see a list of all your orders with all their corresponding information.

How can I see my invoices?

In the user panel you will find the section "History of orders and details". In this list you have a column called " Invoice ". All orders that have been successfully made will have an associated link from which to download the invoice file.



Does the product price include VAT?

All products shown on the website have VAT included (21%).

Do you have enough stock of all the products I can see on the web?

Some exclusive products or with very limited stock are not available to buy directly. To acquire them you have to contact us through "contact form" or by email "" indicating the product you are interested in and the quantities.


Purchase and payment process

How can I place an order?

Once you have located a product you want, you can indicate the desired number of units.
The next step is to click on the "Add to cart" button and a new one will be opened. pop-up window where you will ask if you prefer to continue buying or if you want to place the order already.
Once all the products have been selected, a list of all the items will appear in the cart.
If the list of objects is correct, you will have to press the button "Process order" to start the payment process.
It is time to identify yourself with the account and confirm the shipping address of the order. We always recommend including a contact phone number.
Finally, you will have to choose the transportation method that best suits your needs and the preferred payment method.

Transportation and orders

To which regions and countries does Vinozia deliver?

Nationals: Any region of Peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Internationals: Peninsular Portugal.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

As a general rule, orders are sent 48 hours after payment.

Once processed and sent the order, the time it takes to be received is 2 to 3 days in case of Standard Shipping and 1 to 2 with Premium Shipping.

What is the status of my order?

To check the status of an order you should "Log in" and access your account. Then, in the panel, access "Order history and details" . In "Details" you will find all the information about the status of your order.
