These Conditions will expressly regulate the relations between M3J MERIDIAN and the Users who contract or access the services or products marketed by M3J MERIDIAN through its portal.
These Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, Law 7/1998 on General Conditions of Contract, and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws and other applicable regulations in the field of electronic commerce.
M3J MERIDIAN, reserves the right to modify, totally or partially, these general conditions, being applicable the new ones agreed upon from the moment of its publication on the page. In any case, the aforementioned modifications will not have retroactive effects on the goods or services previously contracted by the CLIENTS.
1. DEFINITIONS
CLIENT: A CUSTOMER is considered to be any Internet user who voluntarily registers his / her data in the virtual store www.vinozia.com with the purpose of contracting any of the M3J MERIDIAN products.
CONSUMER: In accordance with article 3 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws

2. LANGUAGES
The content of the website will be available in both English and Spanish, so that the contracting of the products can be formalized in either of the two languages.
3. HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE / ORDER
To make a purchase, we will access the online store where we can see the different M3J MERIDIAN products, their characteristics and their price.

The price of the product may be modified unilaterally and at any time by M3J MERIDIAN, proceeding to publish the update thereof in the section of products and services portal.
The current prices for each purchase process will be those that appear at that moment published in the section related thereto.
5. PAYMENT, DELIVERY AND INVOICE
PAYMENT
Prior to the confirmation of the order, the client will be asked for certain information in order to establish the billing details and the shipping details of the product that will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy.

10. RESPONSIBILITIES
The CUSTOMER will be the sole and exclusive responsible for the veracity, adequacy and accuracy of all data and statements included in the forms sent to M3J MERIDIAN, in order to process your registration as a client or any other communication issued for any purpose being this one addressed to M3J MERIDIAN.
Therefore, the CLIENT will be solely responsible for any omission, inaccuracy or error committed when filling in the data required to provide the services offered by M3J MERIDIAN.
M3J MERIDIAN will not be responsible for damages that may derive from: the privacy and security of the website in terms of its use by the CLIENT, and / or the unauthorized access of unauthorized third parties; the interruption of operation or lack of availability of your website; any other loss or indirect damage or of any consequence that was not reasonably foreseeable by both parties at the moment in which the CLIENT requested the services of M3J MERIDIAN, the delay in the provision of the offered services in as much as said delay or lack of compliance is due to circumstances beyond the control of M3J MERIDIAN.
