3. HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE / ORDER

M3J MERIDIAN will not be responsible for damages that may derive from: the privacy and security of the website in terms of its use by the CLIENT, and / or the unauthorized access of unauthorized third parties; the interruption of operation or lack of availability of your website; any other loss or indirect damage or of any consequence that was not reasonably foreseeable by both parties at the moment in which the CLIENT requested the services of M3J MERIDIAN, the delay in the provision of the offered services in as much as said delay or lack of compliance is due to circumstances beyond the control of M3J MERIDIAN.
