Tasting notes: Cherry red wine, with a high layer and medium density.
On the nose it is delicate and fresh, in first impression it reminds us of red fruits, notes of cinnamon-like spices and toast touch reminiscent of cedar, nuances of vanilla on branch and autumn leaves. After 16 months in American oak deposits and 36 months in mainly French oak barrels, a well-worked and integrated wood is appreciated.
The palate is fresh, long, with a very integrated acidity; the tannin begins to polish and it does it deliciously and elegantly. It is a frank wine with a great power of aging.
