Elaboration: Harvest of old vineyards. Energetic crushing with long maceration up to 15 days. Fermentation at 28ºC in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation in wood. Aging in American oak barrels for 18 months.
Recommendations: Optimum service temperature: Between 15ºC and 17ºC
Tasting note: Cherry red color covered. On the nose ripe red fruits with hints of vanilla and spicy aromas are appreciated. The palate is silky and well structured.
