It is made with a strict selection of grapes in optimum state of maturation, the variety used is 100% Tinta de Toro. It rests for 11 months in French oak barrels.

Elaboration: Harvesting in the vineyard begins with the optimum ripeness point. Fermentation at 25 - 28ºC in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation in wood. 11 months of aging in new French barrels.
Recommendations: Optimum service temperature: Between 15ºC and 17ºC
Tasting note: It has a cherry red color with a lot of layer. On the nose spicy and toasted aromas perfectly integrated with the aromas of ripe red fruits from the grape. The palate is round, balanced, silky and long in the aftertaste.
