Elaboration : A harvest is done in a completely manual way, once pressed it passes to a brief pre-fermentation maceration. Later it is fermented in stainless steel tanks and finally it is kept in barrels of 500 liters of capacity.

Color: Straw yellow with golden highlights.

Nose: Notes to spices and stone fruits.

Mouth: Wide and with great final persistence.
