

Modus Vivendi is a white wine with D.O Ribeiro produced by the Pazo de Toubes winery. It is harvested traditionally and then fermented in stainless steel tanks with aging on lees.

Tasting note:
Color: Straw yellow with subtle golden reflections, clean and bright.
Nose: Very expressive, with stone fruits and citrus notes on a delicate balsamic background.
Palate: Structured, tasty and enveloping wine, with a fesco and very long aftertaste.
Recommendations: Wine that accompanies excellently any fish, seafood, white meats and rice.
