Pincelo 1985 The origin is a red wine made with Mencía grapes from vineyards planted on the banks of the Miño river in terraces with up to 75% inclination and in mainly clay and slate soils, with an average age of 75 years. It is produced by Bodegas Pincelo.

Elaboration: The harvest is done manually, and then the best grapes are also preselected also by hand. After pressing, it is fermented at a controlled temperature and kept for 9 months in stainless steel tanks to finally let it rest for another 6 months in the bottle.
Tasting notes:
Color: Ruby red with violet tones.
Nose: Aromas of dried flowers and violets, and also of ripe red fruits.
Mouth: Intense flavor, with great body and long finish.
