Terras Gauda
Terras Gauda is a white wine produced in the sub zone of O Rosal by the Terras Gauda winery. It is made with a mixture of 70% Albariño grapes, 22% Caíño Blanco and 8% Loureiro.
Type: White wine without aging.

Designation of origin: D.O. Rías Baixas.

Alcoholic graduation: 12.5ºC.
Service temperature: 8ºC.
Bottle capacity: 75 cl.
Elaboration: Each grape variety is located in plots with different climates, land compositions etc. Once each variety is collected, it is vinified separately. Initially it is macerated cold and then a low temperature fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with their own yeasts.
Tasting note:
Color: Bright yellow with greenish tones.
Nose: Aromas reminiscent of herbs and citrus fruits.
Mouth: Tasty and structured, with persistence in the mouth and persistent finish.
