Preparation: The harvest is done completely manually, once collected it is carefully selected. Grape grains are macerated with CO2 for 24 hours, obtaining clean and strongly aromatic musts. Fermentation takes place in a slow and controlled way.

Tasting notes:

Color: Lime color with green highlights.

Nose: Aromas of tropical fruits such as mango or pineapple, along with aromas typical of wild flowers.

Mouth: Intense and mineral flavor with a long and pleasant finish.
