Benito Escudero Brut Nature is a Riojan cava whose grape comes from the vineyards of the Escudero Wineries in Grávalos, located 700 m above sea level. This cava after its first fermentation remains in aging in the bottle for 36 months.

Elaboration: After the harvest of the grapes in the property of the winery in the municipality of Grávalos. The must is obtained with a gentle pressing and will perform the first fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature above 14ºC. The second fermentation takes place inside the bottle and remains in aging for 36 months.

Cata:

Color: It has an intense lemon yellow with golden highlights.

Nose: Fruit and aging aromas in the bottle.

Mouth: It's nice and with a very well integrated bubble. It has an apple-flavored finish.
