Payment Options

At Vinozia.com, we offer the following payment methods:

Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be prepared on the same day. Otherwise, orders paid after 12:00 PM will be prepared the next day.

Any issues with the delivery must be noted on the shipping receipt.

Return and Refund Policy

Return Conditions

    • Upon receiving the product at our facilities, we will verify its condition. If it meets the stated conditions, we will proceed with the refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • The refund process may take 7 to 10 business days after the return is approved.
