Elaboration: Fermentation in wooden tubs. Aged for 14 months in new French and American oak barrels. Subsequently, it ages in the bottle for 10 more months.

Recommendations: Service temperature: Between 16ºC and 18ºC

Tasting note: Intense ruby red, with cherry cherry reflections. Give high layer. Clean and bright With the presence of tears when turning the cup. The nose is high intensity. With perfect balance between black fruit and wood. Also note the spicy tones, such as black pepper, clove and cumin. The wood is very clean, provides notes of cocoa, dry leaf of work and mint. The palate is unctuous, long and enveloping. Tannin pleasant for its maturity. good acidity and retronasal faithful reflection to what is found in the nose.
