Elaboration: The harvest is done completely manually and carefully selecting the best grapes. After de-stemming, it is gently pressed at low pressures and in long cycles for a half-mash of the skins. After a racking it is left to ferment at low temperatures for 21 days.

Nose: Powerful aroma with botanical nuances.

Mouth: Light, with mineral tones and a great fruity presence.
