In this edition, the Scottish house pays tribute to Paris and its world of fine pastry-making, in collaboration with the acclaimed Roca brothers, globally renowned ambassadors of avant-garde cuisine.

The result is a 48% vol. single malt matured in carefully selected European oak casks, which lend body, depth and a constant interplay between sweet and spiced notes. This is a peat-free whisky, steering away from a smoky profile in favour of a rich, enveloping texture and aromas rooted in French sweet culinary tradition.

Aroma and Flavour Profile

On the nose, it surprises with hints of freshly baked pastries, soft vanilla and candied orange zest, alongside touches of toasted almond, cinnamon and pure cocoa. On the palate, it is smooth and elegant, with notes of ripe fruit, caramel and marzipan, along with a nod to macarons and delicate citrus freshness.
