Ysios Reserva is a red wine that reflects the innovative character and search for excellence of Bodegas Ysios. Made with Tempranillo (95%) and Viura (5%) from vineyards in Rioja Alavesa, it ages for 18 months in new French oak barrels. On the nose, it displays aromas of ripe black fruit, sweet spices such as vanilla and clove, toasted notes, hints of coffee and a subtle mineral touch.
In the mouth, it is an elegant wine, with round tannins and balanced acidity that gives it freshness. Its palate is long and silky, leaving a spicy finish and a pleasant memory of ripe fruit and wood.
Pairing: Perfect to accompany grilled red meats, roasts, lamb, game, aged cheeses and traditional Basque cuisine dishes.
Service temperature: Between 16°C and 18°C.
