Sending communications by electronic means
Messages sent through e-mails or web forms are messages addressed exclusively to the addressee and may contain privileged or confidential information. If you are not the intended recipient, you are hereby notified that unauthorised use, disclosure and/or copying is prohibited under applicable law.
Important notice (commercial communications)
In accordance with Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and Directive 2002/58/EC, we inform you of the following:
- - By registering on our online store or creating a user account, the customer explicitly agrees to receive electronic communications, whether informational and/or promotional, regarding products, special offers, or news from VINOZIA.
- - These communications may be sent by email or other equivalent electronic means and are based on our legitimate interest in keeping the user informed within the context of their commercial relationship with the company.
- - At any time, you may exercise your right to object to the sending of such commercial communications. To do so, simply notify us via the same channel by indicating “UNSUBSCRIBE COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS” in the subject line and sending it to: contacto@vinozia.com. In such a case, your data will be removed from our mailing list within a maximum of 10 days.
If we do not receive an explicit response from you, we will understand that you agree to continue receiving our communications.
Data protection.
