Pago de los Capellanes Plot El Nogal represents the maximum expression of the terroir of a special plot in the Ribera del Duero. This red wine, made 100% with Tempranillo grapes from old vines, reflects the passion for quality and the search for excellence that characterize the winery.

The El Nogal plot, located at 895 meters above sea level, has clay-calcareous soil with a large amount of pebbles. These characteristics, together with the north orientation and the influence of the continental climate, give the grapes a unique personality. Viticulture is carried out with the utmost respect for the environment, seeking the purest expression of the terroir in each cluster.

In the glass, Pago de los Capellanes Parcela El Nogal shows off an intense cherry red color with violet reflections. Its aroma is complex and elegant, combining ripe black fruits such as blackberries and plums with sweet spicy notes of vanilla, cinnamon and clove. There are also balsamic, mineral touches and a subtle hint of noble wood that provides depth and complexity.

On the palate, the wine is concentrated and structured, with silky and well-integrated tannins that caress the palate. The acidity is present and balanced, providing freshness and liveliness to the whole.
