PradoRey Élite

Pradorey Elite 2019 is a red wine that represents the search for excellence and the expression of the terroir of the Ribera del Duero. Made with a blend of 90% Tempranillo and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine combines the strength and structure of Tempranillo with the elegance and complexity of Cabernet Sauvignon.

The grapes come from the winery's own vineyards, located in the town of Gumiel de Mercado, at an altitude of 850 meters above sea level. The continental climate and the clayey-calcareous soils with the presence of boulders give the grapes a slow and balanced ripening, which translates into a high quality wine.

In the glass, Pradorey Elite 2019 presents an intense cherry red color with violet hues. On the nose, it displays a complex aromatic bouquet that combines ripe red fruits such as cherries, raspberries and currants, with spicy notes of black pepper, cloves and vanilla. There are also balsamic and mineral touches that provide freshness and depth.

On the palate, the wine is powerful and structured, with firm and ripe tannins that give it great aging capacity. The acidity is present and balanced, providing liveliness and freshness to the whole. The finish is long and persistent, leaving a memory of fruit, spices and minerality on the palate.

This wine is ideal to accompany grilled red meats, roasts, game stews, aged cheeses and haute cuisine dishes. It is recommended to decant it at least an hour before consumption so that it can express its full potential.
