Límite Sur is a limited edition from Ramón Bilbao that explores the possibilities of Tempranillo (90%) and Graciano (10%) in a warmer area of Rioja. Aged for 14 months in barrels. On the nose, its aromatic intensity stands out, with notes of ripe black fruit, such as plum and blackberry, sweet spices, balsamic touches, hints of tobacco and a light mineral touch.
In the mouth, it is a powerful, structured wine with firm but round tannins. Its passage through the mouth is long and persistent, leaving a spicy finish and a pleasant memory of ripe fruit.
Pairing: Ideal to accompany grilled red meats, roasts, lamb, game, stews, cured cheeses and dishes with intense flavors.
Service temperature: Between 16°C and 18°C.
