Ramón Bilbao Reserva is a red wine that combines the tradition of Rioja with a modern and elegant style. Made with Tempranillo (90%) and Graciano (10%), it ages for 20 months in American oak barrels. On the nose, it is complex and intense, with aromas of ripe black fruit, sweet spices, notes of leather, vanilla, tobacco and a balsamic touch.
In the mouth, it is a balanced, structured wine with round tannins. Its passage through the mouth is silky and persistent, leaving a pleasant memory of fruit, spices and wood.
Pairing: Perfect to accompany grilled red meats, roasts, lamb, game, cured cheeses and spoon dishes.
