Límite Norte is a limited edition that explores the potential of Viura (90%) and Malvasía (10%) in a barrel-fermented Rioja white. This unique wine is characterized by its aromatic complexity and elegance. On the nose, aromas of ripe white fruit stand out, such as peach and pear, floral notes, citrus touches, hints of pastry, sweet spices and a light smoky touch.
In the mouth, it is an unctuous, balanced wine with a refreshing acidity. Its passage through the mouth is long and persistent, leaving a creamy finish and a pleasant memory of fruit, spices and wood.
Pairing: Ideal to accompany fatty fish, seafood, creamy rice, white meats with creamy sauces and semi-cured cheeses.
