Dominio de Atauta 2020 is an exceptional red wine that represents the expression of the terroir of Ribera del Duero. Made with 100% Tinto Fino grapes from old vineyards between 70 and 100 years old, cultivated in calcareous soils at an altitude of 900 meters, this wine reflects the minerality and elegance of the region.
In the glass, it has an intense cherry red color with violet edges. On the nose, it displays a complex aromatic bouquet that combines ripe black fruits such as blackberries and plums, with spicy notes of black pepper, cloves and licorice. Subtle mineral aromas reminiscent of slate and graphite, characteristic of the terroir, are also perceived.
In the mouth, Dominio de Atauta 2020 is powerful and structured, with firm and ripe tannins that give it great aging capacity. The acidity is present and balanced, providing freshness and liveliness to the whole. The finish is long and persistent, leaving a memory of fruit and minerality on the palate.
