Ramón Bilbao Viñedos de Altura is a red wine that is born on the slopes of the Sierra Cantabria, at more than 700 meters of altitude. This privileged location, with a cool climate and poor soils, gives the wine a unique personality. Made with Tempranillo (90%) and Graciano (10%), it offers aromas of fresh red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, spices, floral notes and a mineral touch.
In the mouth, it is a fresh, vibrant wine with balanced acidity. Its tannins are soft and silky, leaving a long and pleasant finish, with hints of red fruit and spices.
Pairing: Ideal to accompany grilled white meats, poultry, pasta, rice, legumes, sausages and semi-cured cheeses.
Service temperature: Between 14°C and 16°C.
