Vallegarcía Syrah
Vallegarcía Syrah is a red wine made with Syrah grapes from the Pago de Vallegarcía winery. Its vineyards are found in acidic, low fertile and composed of slate earths.

Preparation: The collection of the clusters is done completely manually. Once collected they are macerated and fermented at a controlled temperature for 3 months and finally kept in French oak barrels for 12 months and another 12 months of bottle tuning.
Tasting note:
Color: Cherry red with a dull glow.
Nose: Aromas of red fruits and notes of licorice.
Mouth: Persistent flavor, with notes of red fruit and spices.
