Codos de Larouco Mencía is a red wine made with the Mencía, Arauxa and Garnacha Cepas Viejas varieties by the Viña Costeira winery. The farmland is characterized by being very stony especially slate.

Preparation: A manual harvest of the different varieties is made, then squeezed and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Finally through the winter it goes through a natural tuning.

Nose: Strong aromas of ripe fruits and notes of rosemary and mint.
Mouth: Pleasant taste that evokes the character of the earth. Long finish.
