Variety: Verdejo

Elaboration: The slow and cold fermentations in stainless steel tanks gave the wine a distinctive and surprising point. They work with inert gases (carbon dioxide and nitrogen) to preserve the wines, and avoid contact with oxygen and achieve greater longevity without losing any characteristic.

Tasting: It has a greenish-yellow color. Medium intensity, clean, bright and with the presence of tears. The aroma is intense and reminiscent of white flowers, jasmine. White fruit, citrus and notes of aromatic herbs such as laurel, fennel and dried grass. The palate is fresh, with presence of acidity and long. Citrus and floral appear in the retronasal.
