Preparation: After collection, fermentation is carried out on lees. After decanting, the wine is aged in oak barrels for 10 months. The whole process is done almost without sulphites and with non-aggressive filtering techniques. The peculiarity of this wine is that it is developed with totally ecological techniques recognized by CRAEGA. It is fermented on its own lees and has an intense cherry color.

Tasting note:

Color: It has a cherry red color with violet rims and very bright.

Nose: Aromas of fruits and floral features.

Mouth: Light and balanced taste, good body.
