Preparation: After harvesting the different varieties, they are pressed and fermented. Once mixed the different varieties are bottled without having gone through aging. Not having undergone stabilization processes can create a deposit in the fund.
Tasting notes:
Color: Bright red, with high layer.
Nose: Weapons of ripe red and black fruits.
Mouth: Complex, with a great balance between tannins and acidity. Intense finish.
