Sácrima
Sácrima is a red wine made from Mencía grapes from vineyards located on terraces located in the town of Doade (sub-area of Amandi). It is produced by HGA Wineries.
Type: Red wine without aging.

Alcoholic graduation: 12.5ºC.
Service temperature: 14ºC.
Bottle capacity: 75 cl.
Elaboration: The collection is done on slopes with up to 60% inclination. After de-stemming, it is fermented in stainless steel tanks at temperatures of 20 ºC, finally it is uncovered without completely finishing the fermentation.
Tasting notes:
Color: Cherry red with violet highlights.
Nose: Fruit and mineral aromas.
Mouth: Soft, balanced and with a slight fruit flavor.
