Elaboration: After harvesting, the controlled temperature maceration of the skin is carried out in order to extract the best components. The addition of wine alcohol at the ideal time is chosen by the winemaker and will depend on the vine variety, ripening stage and the final sweetness required. After the harvest, the wines remain in the Douro until the following spring. Aging is done in oak barrels. Throughout the years, the wines selected for this 10-year-old Sandeman Porto Tawny are carefully tasted and analyzed. Finally, a selection of wines between 9 and 12 years of age are mixed.

Taste Notes: It has an intense reddish red color with brick tones, typical of this aged wine style still young, anticipating the elegant and complex aroma, combining ripe fruit, jam and nuts, with notes of vanilla and raisins. In the mouth a tasty wine, with body and attractiveness.

Storage and serving tips: The bottle should be kept upright, protected from light and moisture, at a constant temperature of 16 ° C - 18 ° C.
