Elaboration: After the harvest the wines remain in the Duero until the following spring. Then they are brought to age in oak barrels. Throughout the years, the wines are carefully tested and analyzed by the winemaking team. The final mixture is filtered and cold stabilized before bottling.

Recommendations: Optimum service temperature: Between 12ºC and 16ºC

Tasting note: It has a light red amber color with a light and intense body, vanilla aromas and evolved nuts. The mixture and the fresh taste of red fruits develop in the mouth and combine with the complexity of the aging of the wood.
