Elaboration: Sunning of the grapes for 10 to 15 days. The extraction of the must, very dense, is carried out by means of special horizontal presses. This begins a light fermentation that stops by leading up to 15º of alcohol. Oxidative aging for 24 months in lightly toasted allier French oak.

Recommendations: Serve: 16ºC

Tasting note: It has a dark amber color with reflections of old gold, clean and bright. Very complex aromas with notes of ripe fruit, rosemary honey, fresh tobacco and tea. Complex and mineral. Well integrated wood. In the mouth fresh and powerful.
