Varieties of Grapes: 50% Monastrell, 25% Tempranillo and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Harvest: The grapes are collected manually in boxes of 10/15 Kg of vineyards of the property, 50 years old, low production and located at 650 meters altitude. Transported to the winery with extreme care, it is selected on the table choosing the best grapes prior to the aging and vinification.

Crianza: 12 months in American and French oak barrels.

Storage temperature: between 16 and 18ºC

Temperature of consumption: around 17ºC.

Alcoholic Grade: 14.70% vol.

Tasting Notes:

View: Cherry with a garnet edge.

Nose: Powerful and intense, with aromas of ripe fruit, spicy, notes of cocoa and vanilla, roasted from the new oak barrel.

Mouth: Tasty, friendly, fluid and sweet. Chocolate notes appear. Mature tannins, good acidity, silky texture in good balance.
