Dominion of Tares P3 is a wine made from the vineyards of Pago Nº 3, the peculiarity of these ungrafted vineyards of more than 110 years is that they are surviving strains of the phyloxine plague of the nineteenth century. The clay composition of the soil results in a very low production of the Mencía grapes but with a very high quality.

Elaboration: The harvest is done by hand, fermented with its own natural yeast and aged for 16 months in new French oak barrels, later aged 24 months extra in the bottle.

Tasting note:

Color: Intense garnet red color.

Nose: Aroma of ripe black fruits and nuts such as almonds.

Mouth: Balanced with well-integrated tannins and long aftertaste.
