Castellblanc Extra Brut is cava made by the Castellblanc winery with the Macabeo, Parellada and Xarello grape varieties in equal parts.
Type: Extra Brut Cava.
Producer: Castellblanc Winery.
Type of grapes: 33% Macabeo, 33% Parellada, 33% Xarel·lo.
Alcoholic graduation: 11.5%.
Service temperature: 12ºC.
Bottle capacity: 75cl.
Preparation: Once the mixture of the different grape varieties is fermented, it is maintained for a year and a half in aging in underground cellars.
Tasting note:
Vista: It has clean and bright green and yellowish hues. It has a fine and abundant bubble.
Nose: The aroma has traits mainly from aging.
Mouth: In the mouth it is fresh and with a bitter end.
