Freixenet Malvasia is a cava made from Malvasia grapes grown in areas with rocky and low fertile soils for greater maturation. It emphasizes its sweet, fruity and well structured flavor to accompany all kinds of desserts.

Preparation: After the harvest of the Mavasía grape and its subsequent crushing, the must is kept for 12 days in stainless steel tanks. After this first fermentation, it will rest for months and later ferment for the second time in the bottle with an extra sugar added.

Color: Golden yellow, with fine and persistent bubbles.
Nose: Ripe notes, jams and nuts stand out.
Mouth: Very tasty and sweet, cava perfect to accompany with desserts.
