Tasting note: A perfect introduction to the floral, elegant and chiseled style of the Maison Perrier-Jouët. It has a light and bright yellow color, reminiscent of its vivacity. . The surprising freshness and vivacity of the floral and fruity fragrances (yellow fruits and fresh fruits) starts to give way to subtle notes of vanilla and butter, giving the wine a fruity and consistent character. In the beginning emerge some notes of plum, lemon and bergamot that give rise to the flowers of fruit trees, such as lime and honeysuckle. These are followed by notes of butter, muffin and vanilla sugar. Persistent notes of grapefruit, white peaches, green pears, apple trees and green hazelnuts round out the tasting. Amplitude and vivacity are balanced in the mouth and are prolonged in an expression of round and distinctive elegance.
