Carta Nevada Freixenet semi-dry is a yellow cava with golden reflections, clean, bright with medium-sized bubble. It is a cava with good structure in the mouth, fresh and with a mild acidity.

Tasting note: Cava, formed by a proportional coupage of the Penedès native varieties. It has a yellow color with golden reflections, clean and bright, a bubble of medium size. The floral aromas and fresh fruit with subtle citrus aromas stand out. It has a good structure in the mouth, fresh, with a mild acidity and good behavior of the carbon in the mouth. The expedition liqueur is made with wine from the same blend, aged 12 months in chestnut barrels.
