It is a very fruity cava due to the fermentation of the base wine at controlled temperatures of between 14 and 16 ° C, retaining a large part of the aromatic fraction. It has a pale yellow color with greenish tones. It has an abundant, fine and persistent bubble, very integrated, with a good release of carbon forming a good crown. It has fine and delicate aromas, predominating green fruit tones, light nuances of ripe tropical fruit, citrus and fresh herbs. It is fresh in the mouth and wide in flavors, the notes of green fruit and citrus appearing again.
