Tasting note: Fine and light product obtained from fermented wines at low temperature. It is a lemon yellow, bright bubble and fine bubble with good carbon dioxide release. Intense and fine aging aromas are perceived, aromas of citrus fruits, green fruit of the tree, combined with subtle notes of tropical fruits and nuts, with hints of pistachio. It has a good structure in the mouth that is due to the prolonged aging in the bottle but with fresh and soft funds which gives it its particular bouquet.
