Señorío de Sobral is a white wine with D.O Rías Baixas Albariño that uses the Albariño grape variety. The vineyards are located in argillaceous and stony areas which gives them a special microclimate and maturation. It emphasizes its golden yellow color and its soft and fruity flavor.

The Señorio do Sobral winery has been located three generations in Salvaterra do Miño, which belongs to the subzone of Condado de Tea in the D.O. Rías Baixas

Tasting note: Yellow gold of medium intensity with greenish reflections, very bright. Aroma of good intensity, fine, with hints of aromatic herbs in the foreground (laurel) and a background of ripe white fruit (pear, green apple). In the mouth it is fresh, with a medium structure, remarkable acidity and a good fruity expression, which give way to a tasty finish, of remarkable persistence.
